At WoodenTimes, we want you to love what you wear.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU and Czech consumer law.

Returned items must be in original condition, but minor handling to inspect the item (such as trying on) is permitted. Items should not be heavily worn or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are returned in a condition that significantly reduces their value.

We offer exchanges for available stock.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@woodentimesclub.co with your order number and reason (optional) for return.

  • We will send you full return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Personal Buyer Policy

WoodenTimes offers a Personal Buyer Service for clients requesting items not listed in our regular inventory. By placing a Personal Buyer order, the client acknowledges that:

  • All Personal Buyer purchases are final sale and strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable.

  • WoodenTimes acts solely as an intermediary between the client and its suppliers; once an order is confirmed, WoodenTimes cannot return or cancel the supplier purchase.

  • Delivery times depend on supplier and carrier conditions; WoodenTimes is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

  • All Personal Buyer items undergo authentication and inspection before shipment. WoodenTimes disclaims liability for manufacturer defects or supplier misrepresentations beyond this authentication process.
